I offer comprehensive line editing, copy editing and proofreading services for a range of written works, from short form articles to complete books.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or email me to schedule a call. I can get to know you and a little about what your needs are. I will then walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

I will ask for a 1,000-1,500 word sample of your manuscript. With this, I can perform a free sample edit, which allows me to gauge ‘manuscript health’ accurately, and you can get a feel for what it is like to work with me.

I accept documents in .docx, .odt, PDF, Google Docs and Scrivener.

I offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation and completion of a sample edit, you will receive the edited sample and a firm, fixed price for the entire project. If the remainder of the work proves to be of an entirely different standard from the sample, this would be discussed with you before commencing work.

My base rates start from:

• Line editing: €0.040 / word (€40 per 1,000)

• Copy editing: €0.025 / word (€25 per 1,000)

• Proofreading: €0.015 / word (€15 per 1,000)
